Covid-19 Shipping Updates

UPDATE 14 MAY 2021: Change in fulfilment times for costume pin clearance due to surge in Covid-19 cases in Singapore

Due to a recent surge in locally transmitted Covid-19 cases in Singapore, order fulfilment will now take 10 - 15 working days. To keep myself and my family safe, I have chosen to limit my exposure to crowded public places and as such, my trips to the post office is also significantly reduced.

In light of this and a potential lockdown should the Covid-19 situation not improve in the coming weeks, I will be looking into alternative delivery solutions at no extra cost to the customer

UPDATE: Addition of Fully Tracked Shipping (QExpress) option for USA, Canada and Australia customers

After much searching, an alternate tracked shipping option has been found! This is the preferred shipping method over Singpost Limited Tracked Shipping service for people who would like to have a tracking number.

As this is a new service, please be patient with me as I work through the teething issues of introducing this new service. I hope that with this, customers are more assured of the whereabouts of their package in these uncertain times.

Due to the pandemic, domestic and international shipping is extremely delayed at this time. Parcels have been taking upwards go 8 weeks or more to reach North America. At the time of writing this, the situation has gotten better in some countries. However, please expect that your package should take at least 4 weeks to get to you.

 

If you absolutely need your product fast, please refer to DHL or Fedex rates.
(Not recommended because of how expensive it is, though).

 

Speedpost Priority and Standard services are currently fully suspended.

However, Speedpost Economy (sea shipping) service is available. Please check with me for the rates!

If shipping to your country is currently suspended, no worries. I will keep a hold of your order until I can ship it out again! Alternatively, if you afraid that your order will go missing, I can hold onto your order until you tell me to ship it out.

 

You are highly advised to go with the Tracked Shipping options. Doing so will allow us to claim up to $68.80 should the package be lost in the mail. If you have not received your item after 8 weeks, please let me know so that we can escalate this to Singpost.
